After a week filled with uncertainty regarding the official seeding and game times, Nebraska finally knows who and when it will play in the first round of the 2015 Great Rivers Lacrosse Conference Tournament in St. Louis, Mo.
Claiming the No. 2 seed in the GRLC West Division, the Cornhuskers will face Miami University (OH) -- the No. 3 seed in the GRLC East Division -- on Friday, May 1 at 9 p.m. at Washington University.
A win over the Redhawks would advance Nebraska to the semifinals to face the top-seeded team from the GRLC East Division, Purdue University on Saturday, May 2 at 7 p.m.
Should the Cornhuskers prevail, they will play in the GRLC Championship game on Sunday, May 3 at 3 p.m. with a trip to the 2015 MCLA National Championship Tournament on the line.
Teams on the other side of the bracket include Illinois, the No. 2 seed in the GRLC East Division, as well as the No. 1 and No. 3 seeds from the GRLC West Division in Iowa and Missouri, respectively.
Nebraska will be staying at the Quality Inn & Suites (10232 Natural Bridge Road, St. Louis, MO 63134) during the conference tournament. Family, friends and fans are encouraged to stay in the same hotel.
